About the Role
We are looking for experienced .NET engineers (3 positions) to build scalable applications and high-performance backend systems. This is an on-site role that treats modern AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Cursor) as a core part of the daily workflow — not experimental add-ons — for code generation, refactoring, debugging, documentation, and architectural analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Advanced proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and dependency injection
- Strong SQL Server expertise including database design and query optimization
- Solid software architecture knowledge, design patterns, and SOLID principles
- Cloud platform experience (Azure or AWS)
- CI/CD and DevOps familiarity
- Proven daily professional usage of AI development tools with the ability to critically evaluate their output
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
