Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full recruitment cycle. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (screening, scheduling, coordination).

  • Understand hiring needs and job requirements with hiring managers.

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

  • Handle offer negotiation and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to assess candidates effectively.

  • Proficiency in MS Office/ Google Workspace.

  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
