We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full recruitment cycle. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (screening, scheduling, coordination).
Understand hiring needs and job requirements with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Handle offer negotiation and follow-ups.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to assess candidates effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office/ Google Workspace.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
