Overview

We are looking for Mid-Level  and Senior .NET Engineers with 5+ years of professional experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering practices.

In addition to strong .NET expertise, we place significant emphasis on AI-assisted software development. We believe modern engineers should leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, automate repetitive tasks, strengthen testing, and support architectural decision-making. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using tools such as Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar platforms as an integral part of their daily workflow. We are not looking for developers who occasionally experiment with AI tools; we are looking for engineers who have successfully incorporated AI into their software development process, understand how to validate and refine AI-generated outputs, and can demonstrate measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, and software quality through AI-powered development practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable applications using .NET technologies.
  • Build and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs, backend services, and enterprise applications.
  • Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and data access layers.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
  • Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Claude, Gemini, Cursor or equivalent solutions as part of daily software engineering activities.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate software development while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, maintainability, and performance.
  • Use AI tools for code generation, code refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, architectural analysis, and technical research.
  • Stay current with emerging AI development tools, techniques, and best practices, and actively contribute ideas in the team.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Perform code reviews and contribute to maintaining engineering standards across the team.
  • Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, Dependency Injection, and asynchronous programming.
  • Strong experience with SQL Server, database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes.
  • Proven daily usage of AI-powered software development tools in professional projects.
  • Strong proficiency with Cursor, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code and identify inaccuracies, security concerns, and performance issues.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
