We are looking for a detail oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the implementation of solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance. The role will also involve working under and supporting the CBO function.
Actively visit clients on a regular basis to gather and understand evolving business requirements.
Proactively identify automation opportunities by deeply analyzing operational workflows — including processes that may not yet be recognized by the bank as automation-ready.
Study existing manual and semi-automated processes to recommend optimized and automation-driven solutions.
Analyze, gather, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, and compliance considerations.
Perform data analysis and prepare insightful reports to support strategic decision making.
Support project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of requirements.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality against defined requirements.
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure seamless
communication.
Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and progress reports to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
